(Breaking) Popups: changed 'ImGuiPopupFlags popup_flags = 1' default value to be '= 0' for BeginPopupContextItem(), BeginPopupContextWindow(), BeginPopupContextVoid(), OpenPopupOnItemClick(). (#9157, #9146)
