jules	4870ea28dd	Refactored the dynamically-loaded OpenGL extension functions from being static to being members of a specific context object. This entails lots of OpenGLContext references being passed around all over the place, and has meant that a few static helper functions are no longer available.	2012-01-04 16:36:30 +00:00
