Removed unused ImRect::Floor(). Clarified IM_TRUNC(), IM_ROUND(), ImRound64().

Better to remove since it uses IM_TRUNC which has unusual specs.
Note: 87a6443c5 always use positive value in ImRound64(). (#3609, #8215)
