Backends: SDLGPU3: Rename GpuDevice->Device. Expose ImGui_ImplSDLGPU3_CreateDeviceObjects(), ImGui_ImplSDLGPU3_DestroyDeviceObjects(). Misc renaming. (#8163, #7998, #7988)
