amalgamation	Removed the PositionedRectangle class (this has been superseded by the RelativeRectangle class. If you still need PositionedRectangle in your code, just grab a copy of the class from the last revision and put it directly into your codebase). Changed the BorderSize class to be templated like Point, Line, Rectangle, etc - if you've used a BorderSize anywhere, just replace "BorderSize" with "BorderSize<int>" to get it compiling again.
