Julian Storer 907a9aaffe Tidied up a bunch of listener classes, making them child classes - e.g. ButtonListener becomes Button::Listener. Did this for ComboBox, Button, CameraDevice, Label, ScrollBar, Slider, TextEditor, TableHeaderComponent.
