reuk c2ba24b4d0 OpenGL: Fix listener deregistration when removing child components ... Previously, if parent.removeChildComponent (child) was called, passing a child component that was attached to an OpenGL context, the child component would fail to inform its old peer that it no longer wanted to receive scale notification callbacks.
