Julian Storer be5ecce1fe Added drag-and-drop target support to TreeViews. The TreeViewItem class now has methods that can be overridden to accept external and internal drags, and the TreeView provides some nice graphics to indicate the target insertion point. Also added a handy method Viewport::autoScroll, and options for positioning the dragged image supplied to DragAndDropContainer::startDrag
