jules 540474d0ce Rewrote MessageManagerLock (again), hopefully now making it bulletproof. Also gave it an extra constructor and changed the threads section of the juce demo to use messagemanagerlocks to animate its components. Stopped using NSLog on the mac because it's unsafe for non-literal strings. Added a bodge to fake italic fonts on the mac if a real italic is unavailable. Added a new class: CallbackMessage, for triggering a custom callback on the event thread. Updated the RTAS plugin build to use the 8.0 version of the SDK. juce_AU_Resources.r	Big rewrite of the audio plugin framework to create "polymorphic" plugins. This means that all the separate projects for each plugin type have now been reduced to a single project that create a multi-purpose binary, which functions as any combination of AU/VST/RTAS. This should make it much easier and quicker to develop multi-platform plugins because you now only need to manage one project. I've also moved all the files around, cleaned up their naming conventions, and done some extensive tidying up.
