jules 480c1f018d Fixed some places where JUCE_ONLY_BUILD_CORE_LIBRARY wasn't used correctly on the mac; fixed some string handling problems in posix file functions; small change for using QuickTimeAudioFormat on background threads; changed multi-value sliders to let the outer values to nudge the others when dragged; added an option to TreeViews to let the items draw in the left-hand margin; added some minor options to methods in StringPairArray, BitArray, Graphics, TabbedButtonBar.
