linux	Fixed Mac font kerning problem. Fixed Mac native window maximising and getting rid of menus when a a native title bar is clicked. Added an option for kiosk mode that stops the main menu and dock popping up. Small tweak to SparseSet to try to avoid a compile problem in GCC4.3.3.
