Stopped using the old BEGIN_JUCE_NAMESPACE macros, and just used hard-coded namespaces where necessary instead. The macro definitions are still there, so this shouldn't affect anyone's code.

Support for writing JPG even if the image has an alpha channel. Added assertion to warn if you try to use a fallback font on OSX. Minor fixes and features for PopupMenu, ComboBox.
