Changed the return values of some virtual methods in FileBasedDocument - Strings and File objects are now non-const, and the load/save functions return a Result object rather than a string.

Stopped using the old BEGIN_JUCE_NAMESPACE macros, and just used hard-coded namespaces where necessary instead. The macro definitions are still there, so this shouldn't affect anyone's code.
