Julian Storer	e130af03ec	Introjucer refactoring, moving more functionality from the ProjectExporters and into the ProjectTypes. Slightly altered the structure of nested groups that is generated, and tweaked the demo projects to reflect this. Julian Storer	f04309f44a	Added fake placeholder versions of the new c++0x 'noexcept' and 'nullptr' keywords, and altered the library classes to use these instead of 'throw()' and '0'.
