jules	5f178a962b	Improved ThreadLocalValue to use native compiler features where available. Got rid of Thread::stopAllThreads and Thread::getNumRunningThreads (which were just a bad idea, with many safety holes). jules	b69b7c7647	Made the ValueTree::getPropertyAsValue method non-const, to ensure the class behaves in a const-correct manner.
