0a2e4191b3 CMake: Allow custom header names for BinaryData targets 
This change helps to avoid ambiguity in includes when building projects
which contain more than one "BinaryData.h".

0b4089c951 CMake: Allow build tree to be used as a pseudo-install-tree 
Once JUCE has been built, you can use the following line to include
the targets from the build tree (replace `JUCE_BUILD_DIR` as
appropriate).
```
include("${JUCE_BUILD_DIR}/JUCEExportConfig.cmake")
```

f20b93a458 AudioPluginHost: Include example plugins in project 
This change adds the examples from `examples/Plugins` to the
AudioPluginHost, surfacing them as 'internal' plugins in the popup menu.

8433c098b9 MIDI: Add Midi Logger plugin demo PIP 
We also build this into the AudioPluginHost, as a convenient way to
check the midi outputs of plugins and devices.
