jules	d7cea05104	Added a new struct DialogWindow::LaunchOptions, to provide a better mechanism than the existing static methods for launching dialog boxes. jules	ac1d6955e7	Rewrote all internal OSX obj-C classes as dynamically-created classes. A side-effect of this is that plugins will no longer suffer from obj-C name-collision problems, and the old JUCE_ObjCExtraSuffix value is no longer needed.	2012-05-29 10:30:41 +01:00
