GUI Basics: Refactor juce_gui_basics file structure
...
- Created a new detail namespace
- Moved shared module implementation details into the detail namespace
- Split dependencies so source files only rely on details in the detail namespace
- Removed all code from the juce_gui_basics.cpp file

AlertWindow: Scale window according to scale of associatedComponent
...
For DialogWindow, uses the scale of componentToCentreAround.
This allows drawing dialog windows at the expected scale in plugins.
An associated component must be supplied in order for this to work.

Moved all "namespace juce" declarations from module headers to the individual .h and .cpp source files. This makes life a lot easier for Intellisense and other IDE autocompletion tools

Added a new struct DialogWindow::LaunchOptions, to provide a better mechanism than the existing static methods for launching dialog boxes. I've left the old static methods in there but will probably deprecate them at some point in the future. Also added a couple of methods to OptionalOwnedPointer.

Stopped using the old BEGIN_JUCE_NAMESPACE macros, and just used hard-coded namespaces where necessary instead. The macro definitions are still there, so this shouldn't affect anyone's code.
